Instructions to correct for image registration offset when using the "copy transformation" function in Pinnacle.

Following successful registration of treatment planning CT with the CT from a PET study, using the "copy transformation" function of Pinnacle for the PET registration does not always provide the correct image registration of the PET. These instructions show how to correct for this problem by adding a shift to the registration parameters equal to the difference in the field-of-view of the datasets.
