This excel spreadsheet will function as a tangent calculating sim sheet while it simultaneously creates a framework for drawing a wire contour.

The worksheet page can be completed during the breast sim. The list of Oncologists can be updated by unprotecting the sheet (no password). The anatomic site is necessary to get the calculation to work. The breast board settings are for a typical breast board, but they can be overwritten for a non typical patient. The separation, angle, and width are read from a breast bridge. The initial table position is between 70 and 130. Our table goes from 80 (far left) to zero (center is changed to 100) and then to 20 (far right is changed to 120). The sketch is designed to be 30 cm tall and 60 cm wide. The sketch can be captured using a program like gimp and then scaled to 600 mm wide and 300 mm tall. Then import into a program like Corel Painter Essentials and then drawn on using a Wacom tablet. It needs to be cropped to 25 cm (5 sqaures) tall and 40 cm (8 squares) wide to be printable on 11 x 17 inch paper at a lifesize scale (131% on a 21" Wacom tablet).
