Version 2 would create subarcs with an extra control point per subarc. Version 2.1 corrects this error. Although not a serious cause for concern in most cases, if the dose at the calc point was extremely low, this could cause the percent discrepency when calculating the mu to be high. I have seen great improvement when using version 2.1 for low doses.
