This script generate a radiobiological (LQ) transformation of the physical dose distribution which incorporate fraction size effect so it is possible estimate with more precision the biological effect of the treatment.

The radiobiological LQ DVH can be display during the optimization of the plan therefore you can compare the two different DVH on the same screen.
Is important take in consideration some limitations of the linear quadratic model, with a dose/fraction under 1-1.2 Gy this model can underestimate the biological effect of the total dose.
Also for high Dose rate this model is not accurate, by literature is difficult found a specific value above it this model can’t be used, but anyway is recommended of don’t use it with a dose rate more than 5-6 Gy/fraction.
