- DICOM data can now be loaded via command line argument or dragging and dropping a folder on the dicompyler icon on the Windows version.

An important bug has been fixed from version 0.4.1 but includes all the changes that are in that version.

New features:
- Refactored into a Python package
- Error reporter for easier submission of bug reports from binary versions
- Logging for dicompyler and 3rd-party plugins
- Added support for volumetric image series other than CT (i.e. PET/MR)
- Added support for DICOM-RT Ion Plans

Also includes features from dicompyler 0.4a2:
- Preferences added for each plugin
- Improved DVH support including independent DVH calculation
- Improved compatibility with various DICOM data
- Added a status bar to the program to show additional information such as pixel or dose data
- Added Export plugin capability
- More accurate drawing of images and structures
