Pinnacle (ver 8.0m) scripts for expediting IMRT QA

Creating a phantom plan for IMRT QA in Pinnacle requires many repetetive steps. Here is a script that automates as much as possible, making the process much quicker. We do beam-by-beam analysis, and there is an additional script that expedites the export of planar doses.
